Excellent service. I called outside of normal business hours the day before a major holiday and was delighted in all aspects of their service. They were there when they said they be, Tim clearly knew what he was doing and was a consummate professional. He texted me when the car had been dropped off. And I just got the bill and it was very reasonable for the service provided. Thanks LWS for helping us out and doing good business with us during some challenging days. You guys made a HUGE difference to us!!!

After a week away, I returned to RDU to a dead car. I really thought it was something major. I called RDU Parking and they referred me to Lemon’s. The woman on dispatch was so kind to me, even though I was super frustrated. She said they’d send a truck and could tow me to a local dealership and knew where to go, which was very helpful since I live in High Point. It didn’t take long for a truck to arrive. Greg was the driver and he was amazing. Again, he was so kind to me even though I was frustrated. My battery was corroded and he was able to jump it with a bit of maneuvering (it was really corroded!) I was able to drive back HOME which was such a relief. Thank you to everyone at Lemon’s who helped me!

Our car was towed after an accident. Driver was very kind and professional. Later when we went to pick up personal possessions the staff were friendly and helpful

My car just stopped at west duke campus, luckily 2 police officers were their to help. Tried to jump it and to no avail. Lemons Wrecker service did a solid by going the extra mile to save me. Thank you...i did not get the drivers name but he was so nice and professional.

Blew a tire and dented the rim on my Tesla today. The driver took great care loading and unloading my car on the flatbed and was super easy to work with to get to the Tesla service center. If you need a wrecker service, give Lemon's a shout!

Lemon's towing was awesome. Phil, my tow truck driver, made me feel as ease. He was friendly, listened to my frustrations, and made my whole ordeal more tolerable. Thank you. PS: They care about their customers more than money. The operator called me back and suggested I try something with my car to see if that would take care of the problem. It would have been easy for them to not call me and keep the money.

Very reliable, very flexible, understanding. I love this company. There are too many bad towing companies cheating you for your money, these people are not them. Affordable prices, quick, great customer service. I recommend.

Called Lemon's towing and the phone was picked up immediately and politely. Took information and let me know when the driver would be there. Sure enough 30 minutes later Robert shows up in a clean truck, a bottle of water, and a smile. Truck has a lot of lights so I felt safe on the side of the road. Gave me a ride to my destination, clean truck inside, no smoke. I'd say dollar for dollar it was better than enterprise, and well...these guys brought my truck.

Matt did the most incredible job towing our car out of an extremely tricky driveway, steep with a very sharp curve at the bottom. And he didn’t give up. That was the most impressive part. His front tire lifted up because of the angle and the weight and he kept going. 100% using lemon’s for our future towing needs (hope we don’t have any).

Excellent service —prompt, very friendly (particularly nice to my son who thought the truck was ‘totally awesome’), gave an update text immediately after drop off. Gentleman driving obviously took pride in his work and his truck; cleanest tow truck I’ve seen.

Excellent service from the Lemon’s team! They gave an estimated time to arrive and beat their estimate. That was a great start. The driver then gave clear direction and took care to make sure the car was on the truck, locked down, and let me know about settings that I needed to set for the car while being towed. He then sent a message when he dropped the car off. This was the best tow experience I’ve ever had. I will be calling them and recommending this team for any tow service needs. Thanks for the great experience during a time that is stressful for most.

I was involved in a multiple vehicle wreck on I40 a couple weeks ago and was in a rental. Lemons towing arrived and assisted in coordinating with the rental company and took me straight to the airport to get a new vehicle. They made a potentially stressful situation much easier to deal with. Thank you!

Called at 7:30 pm on a Monday night stranded in RTP, they arrived within 10-15 minutes (after I had already been waiting 2.5 hours for another towing service). Tim was very courteous and respectful (and wore a facemask!) Had my car to my requested mechanic quickly and safely. I can only speak the highest praise for this fantastic company.
